Returns
We are happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind within 14 days of your order arriving. We are only able to accept returns on items if they are sent back unopened in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns once opened and the tamper seal is broken, unless the item is faulty.
Once requested, one of our friendly team will respond with further information. Please do not send your purchase back prior to contacting us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
