When it comes to getting a good night sleep, 23 year-old footballing sensation Erling Haaland goes one step further than a cup of hot cocoa and an eye mask.
Speaking to Logan Paul on the 'Impaulsive' podcast, Haaland explained that to feel good, move good and generally be your best, he advises mouth taping once the lights go out. The idea being that doing so promotes nasal breathing, which is thought to have all sorts of benefits both from with sleep and performance.
“I think sleep is the most important thing in the world,” Haaland says, much to the delight of his host on Logan Paul’s podcast. “You should try to tape your mouth closed,” Haaland tells Paul, waiting a beat before adding “at night, and when you train.”
As an athlete recovery is incredibly important, and none more so than getting a good night's sleep, consistently. Introducing Mouth Tape has seen huge benefits.
